Unified Billing FAQ

Introducing Invizio Unified Billing

Invizio has been a Microsoft Partner for over 10 years, and now we’re expanding our Microsoft Cloud Services Provider (CSP) program partnership which allows us to help our customers centralize and simplify their IT spending. This new program is called Unified Billing.

If Invizio is currently designated as the Partner of Record for your Microsoft Cloud Services (including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365/Office 365), then as of March 1st, 2021 the billing for your Microsoft Cloud Services will be transitioned to Invizio Unified Billing, and your monthly invoices from us will now include your usage of your Microsoft Cloud Services.

With Unified Billing we help you consolidate your IT spending so you don’t have to manage multiple invoices from multiple vendors. As a part of the new program your Microsoft Cloud Services will be added to your regular monthly statement and charged to the recurring payment method on file. If you do not have a payment method on file with us, a member of our team will contact you to update your information.

Further information regarding this transition may also be found on our FAQ guide below.

FAQ

  • Why Do I Want Unified Billing

Invizio Unified Billing helps you consolidate your IT spending so you don’t have to manage multiple invoices from multiple vendors. Microsoft Cloud Services (starting with Microsoft (Office) 365 and Microsoft Azure) is being added to Invizio Unified Billing now and additional services will follow in the future.

This means that your monthly invoice from Invizio will include your Microsoft Cloud Services as well as your Invizio Managed IT services.

  • How Will I Be Billed?

We will include the cost of your Microsoft Cloud Services in your monthly invoice. It will indicate the license type and number of licenses your organization is currently using along with the cost of each.

  • What If I Want to Continue Paying Microsoft for My Services?

If you choose not to simplify your IT spending and continue to pay for your Microsoft service separately please contact us before February 25th and we will exclude your account from this upgrade.

  • What Happens If My Payment Method Fails?

If the payment method we have on file fails we will contact you to update your payment information. If we’re unable to update your information, your IT services, including your Microsoft Cloud Services may be suspended after 30 days.
